In year 2011 of June I hired as an Area Coordinator of PCNPROMOPRO INC.
As an Area Coordinator, my duties is
over all in-charge in the implementation of the project in my area of responsibility. I must be aware of the mechanics of the promo and can answer all questions of customer regarding the promo mechanics with authority.I monitor and back checks the responsibility of the personnel under my supervision. I conducts random checks on the report submitted by my subordinates.Prepares qualitative and quantitative reports. I handles information with utmost confidentiality at all times.Negotiates and reports to office once a week or whenever necessary. I finds manpower in accordance with the requirements and specifications of the project. Rents vehicles to service the project requirements.Submits report on time to the main office.
Submits all liquidations for reimbursements on time to avoid delays in payment of manpower and other expenses incurred.This project last in 3 years.

PCNPROMOPRO INC. gives me another jobs as a Team Leader in the project of PMFTC Trade Census wherein I am the one who discusses the itineraries of the team members. I deploys the team and discuss the correct procedure in merchandising to ensure 100% coverage for the day. Assist the merchandisers. I also see to it that every team members deliver the right report procedures. Get comments, feedbacks and competitive activities.Collects, checks the correctness of summarizes the daily activity reports submitted by team members before submitting it to the Project Manager.Checks fictitious entries if there are any of the daily activity reports.
