I am an experienced Customer Service, Technical Support Representative. I've been in the BPO industry for almost 5 years. Years working in this kind of industry developed me to be a better person and as a professional. I learned how to adapt to changes in almost a day-to-day basis. Improved greatly my problem solving and analyzation skills. Learned good practices how to deal with all types of customer and their emotions while working as a customer service agent and while being a technical support agent taught me how to pay attention to details, enhanced my imagination to simulate given information or scenarios, being descriptive and being able to provide simple step by step instructions for customer to avoid confusion and make sure that we are doing everything right and on the same phase. Working in the BPO industry also developed my listening and comprehension skills as well as my speaking skills in terms of the english language (berlitz assessment score of B2). I was also familiarized with american culture particularly their working ethics regarding time and punctuality, every minute counts. Multi-tasking, resourcefulness and being able to research and study on given subjects are also additional skills that im really good at. I am a fast learner and willing to undergo any training. If the skills needed for the job are not included in the skills I've mentioned, not a problem just train me or give me enough time to learn the skills and I'll have it down in no time!
