In my years of experience talking to customers on the phone i have learned a lot of skills on how to handle people. First as a customer service representative you should always make the customer feel that they are important and you always want to help them. Listen to customers and read between the lines. Make them feel you understand them and will be doing everything you can to fix the problem. Another important skill i learned working in this industry is my technical skills. I understand how networking works. I know how to operate different kind of operating systems. Third, I learned that sales is not just merely selling but we should present it in a way to help customers. It is the solution to there problems.
