Profile Description

I am able and willing to execute new ideas, honest, hardworking, industrious, practical. Able to communicate oral and written English, Filipino, & Visayan Language. Willing to learn other local dialects and foreign languages(Speak Basic Dutch & Japanese Language). Basic Computer Skills (Microsoft excel, Microsoft word, Etc.). And able to create a Positive work environment and have strong charisma.
My first job was Sushi Maker/Store Supervisor in I Love Sushi which is a Japanese Restaurant In Butuan City way back July 2003 to February 2005. I made sushi, and of course i managed the store as their head or supervisor. I took care of the customers complaint. And look over the performance of our team of each crew.
My second job was a Sales Representative of a BPO company (Telesales USA) In Cebu City way back March 2005 to October 2007. What we do was were going to make an outbound call or telemarketing particularly in California State.
The month of November 21, 2011 to April 21, 2012 I worked as a Customer Service Representative at
Qualfon, Philippines BPO. One of the prestigious company in Cebu City. What we do was we actually trouble shoot the phones.
I was also a Customer Service Representative at Wipro, Philippines BPO way back August 01, 2012 to August 01, 2013 in Cebu City. We do was we took care the insurance of their appliances, phones and laptop. and we managed billing too. I was assinged in the escalation team. So i took care the supervisory call at Wipro, Phlippines.
And lastly I was a Customer Representative or Technical Representative at Alorica BPO way back November 12, 2013 to March 30, 2014 at Cebu City. It was also a troubleshooting of the internet, landline and cable. we also managed billing aswell.
I attended a lot of training which also helped me to become a better person.
