I have been in the BPO industry for almost 7 years
I have handled, different kinds of Campaign - Sales, Appointment setting, chat support and virtual assistance
Way back 2014, I dialed appointment settings, were in we are calling home owners around Canada to appoint for an assessment and that assessment is for repairing or changing AC and furnace.
I also handled chat support, this account is actually customer service but it is non voice account, we answer all the questions, complains of the customer thru chat who ordered online for their papers like thesis, research paper, assignments, so mostly our customer here are students.
on 2015, I hired as Sales representative, and this account was an online pharmacy,it was calling and reaching out, to previous customers that the clients have, just to refill their medication sometimes we do cold calling for new customer and we also do customer service at the same time.
One of my greatest strengths is my ability to learn fast on the job and teach myself different skill sets. And while I don’t have much experience in other service, I think my ability to learn will help me overcome that obstacle quickly.
I do believe I have the skills, and knowledge to be part of the team even though I'm not perfectly good , I know I can handle calls, I can connect and communicate to the customer.I am a fast learner and a team player, so I hope you can consider my application.thank you
