Profile Description

I have been with BPO for 5 yrs now and I have been dealing with customers in a daily basis. I was able to provide deliverable that is being asked by team lead and meet the targets on a timely manner. Over the years, I have been trained about the basics and this had helped me to enhance and learn new things to become a good asset for the company. I was once a Subject Matter Expert for a Travel and Hospitality account for at least 9 months. At the moment I'm handling Telecommunication Account under Billing and sales department. But we focus more on the billing part as I handle billing complaints and ensure that all inquiries are resolved. We ensure that call rates, plan charges and other added value service is being charge correctly. We're also dealing with plan changes for all type of services e.g internet, home phone, mobiles and packages/bundle. I started out receiving calls but I'm currently with Chat support team for the same department. I'm connected with Live Chat since November 2012 up to date.
I'm a fast learner, can work with minimal supervision and Knowledgeable with MS Office
Typing skills is 4 out 5.
