I have worked as a Customer Service Representative for almost 5 years. Working as a CSR has helped me improve how I interact with customers, either over the phone or through emails. I am able to multitask and assist customers the best that I can.
My training in the BPO industry has also helped me enhance my skills. I am more confident talking to customers abroad and I am also able to read between the lines. Never to assume but always understand their needs.
