Hi! I am Maria Pauline L. Rada,hailing from Antipolo City. I have worked previously as a Data Analyst for Accenture for almost 2 years. Basically the job requires quality and quantity at the same time in processing health claims for one of the largest health provider in the USA. It requires keen attention to details to ensure quality metrics will be met. Aside from that I love surfing the web and knowledgable in doing menial tasks over the internet.
Currently I am Technical Support Representative of Teleperformance for one of the largest cable provider in the USA. And as a TSR agent we aim to fulfill our jobs by deliviring high customer satisfaction by resolving their issues with the service and aim to provide that we genuinely care for them.
Even though I haven't any work related experience in any online related job I am confident that I have the skills and right amount of eagerness to learn new things. I love exploring possibilities and I sought this kind of working enviroment would help me to open plenty of windows of opportunities.
