My previous job was CSR or Customer Service Representative, wherein I entertain Customer from US about financial loans to there studies. I make sure to create an audible application to the student who wants to study but doesn"t have enough money, that's why they need our assistant. I work there for almost five(5) months, after that the company transfer me to the other account.
It is a morning shift and our customer is from Australia, the account was Origin wherein we collected there payment bills and if not we create a payment arrangement for them to pay in installment.
I can work any time morning or even graveyard shift because I'm always awake at night. I can also do multitasking and can work with less supervision. I'm knowledgeable in computer like word, excel and powerpoint if needed.
Since I have a one (1) year and two (2) months experience in call center business, rest assured that I could do things right as what your company needed.
