Profile Description

I have been working in the call center/ BPO industry in the Philippines for almost 10 years now. I have managed to handle a team, be promoted as a Quality Analyst and Trainer. I have handled different touch points (email, chat, phone) in the BPO environment and had been with different line of businesses such as Healthcare, Technical Support, Financial Customer Support and Customer Support that is CSAT driven. My tenure-ship in the industry taught me to be flexible, learn quickly with minimal supervision, and grasps concept in a dynamic and complex working environment. To add the the experience listed above, I am also a Success Coach for an agency handling Real Estate VAs. I mentor and monitor VA progress and assists client with their VA and account related concerns.
