I am a detail-oriented person and willing to be trained on any task. This is now my 16th year of being both Technical and Customer Service Representative. Part of my interaction with customers is verifying and updating their records, either through e-mail, chat, or call inbound and outbound. These are sensitive information and I was able to secure and maintain confidentiality and integrity throughout those years. I am interacting with our customers who are based on United States 5 days a week 9 hours a day which proves my ability to write and speak in English. With chat support, we are actually assisting 3 customers at the same time and documenting each interaction on our database for account history, this proves my ability to do multi tasked job, typing
and data entry skills.
Familiarity with regards to a good customer service handling and verifying accounts dealing with billing and technical matters with the customers I can prove my expertise on that. I used to work on a place that has minimal supervision, actually I am a Level 2 agent on my recent job and I am the one assisting the new agents and even tenure when it comes to escalations. With my experience, I can and will deliver great results with a process that’s timely, collaborative and at a great value for my clients.
