Customer Service is the best skill for me right now. I've been with the BPO industry for almost 8 years now. As I go along I learned a lot of techniques and strategies for my customers to be satisfied with my service and it always shows on the surveys they accomplish after their experience with me n the phone.

I also am proficient with the use of MS Office tools. Since I graduated college with a degree of Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering.
I am very keen with details, self motivated, fast learner, can adapt to all types of people and can work with minimal supervision.
