I have solid experience in ERP / CRM implementation, bookkeeping, business process analysis, project management, customer service and management, technical support, data migration and accounting services.
I had a chance to work as Project Assistant for General Milling Corp wherein his main responsibilities include: business process improvement, solving technical problems and exploring ERP functionalities on Sales Forecasting, Materials Requisition, Planning (MRP), Purchase Order Creation, BOM Creation, Cost Simulation, Manufacturing, Order Creation, Finish Goods Reporting, Stocks Transfer (Inter-Warehouse/Inter-Facility), Customer Order Creation, Stocks Allocation, Printing of Pick Lists, Delivery Receipt, Processing and Invoicing.
Moreover, I became an Implementation Specialist of Windward Software where I: Developed action plan and implementation strategies for new clients in USA, Canada & Australia; Managed the entire business software implementation and ensures that customer's expectations are met; Trained end users how to use different module of the software application like POS, Inventory, PurchaseOrder, AR, AP and General Accounting functionality of the software.
