In my five years of working, I have acquired extensive and relevant experience in dealing with verbal and written communication. My line of work mainly dealt with customer service and client relations. I've been with the BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) industry for over three years and have extensive background in customer service in a call center setting. In addition, I have also gained knowledge in training and managing people with the assistance of my supervisors; at the same time, time management and multitasking are something that I am really good at and these skills enhanced and greatly contributed in performing the positions I've held in my previous jobs.
I believe that my background and experience would be an asset to the employers that I will work with. I also focus on the work that are given to me because I want to be worthy of what I am paid for. Skills can be acquired but one's attitude towards work cannot.
