Profile Description

I am a very flexible person, I can work any type of a job. I love helping people and I am happy whenever I have resolved
my client's issues and answer their queries. I am sensitive in what my client's needs, although I know that it is my job to offer clients the most expensive service (to increase company's sales) I'd still prefer to prioritize what the client's need most and offer them the best service/products based on their interest. I am very patient when it comes to understanding client's feelings and emotions especially when they get upset.
I am adept in computer skills. I know how to manage my time and so I do multi tasking. I have been working as a call center agent for 2 years. I answer client's queries regarding their accounts and other services. I do troubleshooting if their service or handset is not working, if not resolved, I offer handset exchange using their warranty or insurance, sometimes I offer handset upgrade in which it gives me the previledge to sell. If the client would like to cancel or to close his/her account/service I'm trying my best to save it by offering him/her options that will satisfy him/her, and so to retain his/her loyalty with us.

It DOES NOT indicate skill level.

ID Proof scores are 0 - 99 with 99 being the best. It is calculated based on dozens of data points.

It's intended to help employers know who they're talking to is real, and not a fake identity.
