This duty requires providing good customer service experience, providing concrete information, requires a lot of patience in dealing with irate customers and most especially helping them out resolving any issues they have.
I am always eager to learn more about Virtual Assistant jobs, reading up on these topics on my own time to become more knowledgeable.
