Profile Description
I have been in the BPO Industry for the last 11 years. I have worked as a Customer Service agent majority of those years and as a Tier II agent as well. As a Tier II agent, I help assist and resolve issues of escalated calls. I answer client emails and calls. I was a QA Analyst and have been a top performer for most of my years.
When I moved to Author Solutions, I was assigned to one of their top accounts to help out authors with their concerns regarding their book publication. I also answer email inquiries.
I strive to perform and excel. With my experience, I know how clients work and what is needed in the business. I am able to work with less supervision and like to figure things on my own.
I want to have a long term and stable job that can help businesses strive.
