As IT Service Engineer i have lot of skills develop and also on my experience on my latest job i just indicate my key skills and interest i want pursue and be my expertise.I have strong technical knowledge Hardware and Software Side, technical Setup Installations/De-Installations/Hardware + Software, Advanced Troubleshooting (Laptops, Computers, Tablets and Servers), Onsite Troubleshooting, Emergency technical Support, Knowledgeable in Network Administrator and Computer System Administration, Installation of Computer (Desktop, Laptop etc.)
Hardware and Software, Peripherals, drivers, updates, servers, switches, routers, etc., Installation and Managing
Operating Systems like Windows 98/Me/XP/Vista/Server/7/8 and Linux (Red Hat, Fedora and Ubuntu)
On the hand some of my knowledgeable skills i want to develop are Software and Application: Knowledgeable in MS Office, Adobe Applications software’s such as Acronis True Image, Symantec Ghost and any ANTI VIRUS software’s., Microsoft Office and Email Set ups, Troubleshooting knowledge,Antivirus Setups, updates and troubleshooting.
• Web Developer Skills - Languages known ( HTML, JavaScript, PHP, CSS)
• Customer service skilled also documentations procedures setups.
• SAP, Active directories, servers RDP more on programming.
