Profile Description

I have worked for an Insurance Company in the Philippines as Human Resource Management Assistant for 7 years and worked as Human Resource Clerk for a Tuna Company for a year. As a Psychology graduate, i am adept in testing and interpretation, as learned in our school as well as experienced conducting tests for applicants. Not only that, during my stint, I also conducted interviews prior to employment and orientation for newly hired employees. I was also assigned in records keeping of all employees (201 files which includes employees' resume, diplomas, transcript of records , certificate of employment and trainings, health exam results among others. My work also included preparation of reports (monthly reports) of Employment Status, Inventory of number of employees and their positions, Trainings attended. I also prepared contracts of all employees.
