Profile Description

I have been in the IT industry for 20 years and I have been into various positions, from my first job in 1999, where I was assigned as a Computer Division Supervisor in a startup company,
until I reached the position of Level 3 Service
Consultant Engineer in IT Operations under Messaging and Collaboration Upgrade to see actual infoom my experiences, I have learned a lot of technical skills such as System Administration of Lotus/Notes Domino messaging system which I handled for 15 years as well. I was also assigned as a Windows System Administrator for 3 years and a Backup Administrator for 1 year. Currently, in my organization, I have started supporting Microsoft Exchange Server and Microsoft Sharepoint. I also have certification in Lotus Notes both LOT 925 and LOT 926, also I have an ITIL Upgrade to see actual info the next month, I will be taking the Microsoft Sharepoint Certification. I have attended a numerous technical trainings in my entire career and I could give you details on that if you wish for the list. As a L3 Service consultant, one of my job is to be a shift lead wherein I am handling level 1 and level 2 engineers. I am responsible for their monthly shifting schedule, handling escalation from customers and attending meetings with our management team in US. Also, as a Level 3 Engineer, I also performed In-dept technical troubleshooting as the need arises and if there is a technical escalation from lower level Upgrade to see actual infoom this job, I am have learned and develop my people skills and also develop my communication skills with multi-cultured audiences and mostly, I am able to develop my confidence in dealing with certain situations under pressure.
