Profile Description

For the past 9 years, I have worked as a Personal Assistant. My current role is receiving and sending an email. Converting PDF to word, writing and editing copy, researching images, taking messages, sent out requested information to customers, handle clients’ inquiries by phone, e-mail or Facebook. And advertising business using Facebook to help the business grow.I also have one-on-one conversations with customers, who can like Page, read posts and share them with friends, and check-in when they visit. I post updates, photos and more think about what customers find interesting and inspiring.
And I was a Personal Collection’s Franchise Associate Manager. I manage my own group with 16 people. Selling and promoting products. I control and manage my group chat on Facebook. I was responsible for monitoring the sales quota and monitoring my people, building and keeping good customers relation, and collecting payments.
As a business administration major in marketing management graduate and taking of Masteral in business administration, I already have a full understanding of the basics of business, importance, and knowledge to growing a business. I am very passionate about my skills and experiences. I am confident enough that I could contribute to the best of my ability. I am highly willing to apply for the opportunity.
