My eight years of experience in software testing has honed my technical skills in planning verification and validation activities and setting quality targets as I had worked as test team lead for the most part of my career. My technical expertise in designing tests, including test environment and test automation has largely benefited the projects I had been part of. My role does not end in testing and bug reporting, I also assess quality using metrics and provide recommendation for continuous improvement. I also managed product testing activities, including schedule, resource and skills management.
I also had the chance to develop my management skills while at work, which can prove to be helpful should you be interested to hire me as a virtual assistant. I can plan and monitor project activities from requirements elicitation to delivery, that is, from the start to the end of the project. I can also estimate and manage cost, schedule and output. Most importantly, I can develop and implement processes to ensure timely and on-budget deliveries. Way back in college, I also work as student assistant managing faculty records. I also received commendations from my superior during my OJT days, where I do forecasting, management, and broadcasting for a credit card product. I am very well adept with various office applications: word processors, spreadsheets, and presentations among others.
I could also prove to be a valuable tutor as I had enhanced my mentoring skills both at work and from college. I implemented and deployed training curricula for both new engineers and experienced engineers seeking career advancement. I also develop expert certification framework and exams to recognize highly skilled engineers in the company.
I believe that my writing skills is also noteworthy. I once qualified for the National Schools Press Conference when I was still in high school as English editorial writer.
