I've been an experienced call center agent; I had have handled different campaigns or accounts when I was still working in the BPO.
I am very much particular when it comes to customer experience because it is my key to success. When I was still working in the collections account, I make it appoint that everything has to be presented very well in order to get the buy in and commitment of people in order to a their debts. Proper timing and tone are some of the basic things in order to get good numbers in collections.
Currently I am working as a freelance ESL Homebased ESL Teacher. I do incorporate all the things I've learned from the BPO industry in order to attract and get more students.
