Profile Description

I just graduated from college with a degree in International Travel and Tourism Management. I still don't have a work experience yet. But, I did some on-the-job training in Cathay Pacific and Solaire Resort and Casino. In Cathay Pacific, I was assigned in the arrival area wherein I have to assists deportees as well as passengers who have concern with their lost and delayed baggage.
I have my on-the-job training in Solaire Resort and Casino last November 2013 to February 2014. I was allocated in their hotel services division and they assigned me in the Call Center and Reservations section. I handled the checked-in guests' service requests and complaints. Some of the software that I used was MS Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
I am the kind of person who is hardworking and I always make sure that I pass any project that will be given to me well ahead of time.
