I worked for 5 years as a Customer Service Representative
and this experience taught me how to deal with different kinds of clients and
resolve their queries without eating too much of their time. I’ve worked with
CapitalOne, DirecTV and Salliemae as a Billing Specialist
I’ve also worked as a Team Coordinator and Virtual Assistant which was Home
based. I make calls through Clients and Facility Partners and do Book Keeping
through Quickbooks. I send
with different kind of hotels. I was also doing Business Development calls for
different prospect clients and set up an Appointment for my Boss and also
handle training for new Reservation agents.
My recent job was as a Supervisor for an Online Store
(Australian account), Handling Retention Calls and
and giving tasks to my team our goal is to provide customer excellency by
helping out with the Orders, Returns, Tracking of orders and such.
