I have been in the call center industry for more than 7 years. I know how to properly assist clients/customers regarding their account, technical issues, etc.
I also helped deaf or hard of hearing individuals as a communication assistant by relaying their message verbatim to a normal hearing person, either via computer/VoIP/internet or using a voice transcription software where they can read the messages in real time.
I also can handle clerical job. I was also a secretary for the Vice President at a chemical company.
