Profile Description

I am excellent in written and verbal communication skills, with an eye for detail. I'm extremely productive in a high volume, high stress environment. A self starter with a can do attitude. I am driven to succeed in every path I take. I am keen with details and make sure that I maximize all resources and provide the best resolution to be able to have the best customer experience. In the number of years that I have been in the BPO industry I can say that I have enough skills to be able to handle any type of customer, part of my job was as mainly technical support, customer service, billing and sales. I am used to have an average of 5-8mins. call handling time at the same time making sure that I have provided the best resolution. I can say that I have developed my Engish speaking skills for the number of years that I have been speaking to Americans.
With that being said, I have my own computer with a fast and reliable
