I have been working in the BPO industry for 10 years. I must say that I already explored or tried most of the roles of a Call Center Agent. Name it, Sales ( Inbound and Outbound), Customer Service, Chat Support and Technical accounts. I started way back 2004 as an Inbound Sales Rep with Dell Computers which was handled by Ambergris Solutions. Then I worked for Sutherland Global Services as a Customer Service Rep, I am assigned to answer inquiries about their credit card bills, checked their direct deposits, and credit their account if there are issues on their cards. After Sutherland, I was hired by Sykes Asia as an Outbound Sales Agent/ Customer Service Representative for Pitney Bowes. I was handling postage stamps sales, assisting customers if they have issues with their equipment. I've done quite a bit of research work when I worked for 24/7, since we are required to answer customer's concern about their mobile issues. I also served as an Outbound Sales Rep with Virgin Mobile UK for Sitel Philippines.
I am a pro with VOIP system, as well as with MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint. I am a team player, I have some recognition to boast, be it as a Top Sales Agent to Top Customer Service Rep. I can do multi tasking, I can work without much supervision. I am a trustworthy person and passionate in every thing I do. I want a long term job and stable career, with my experiences and achievements on my cap, I know I can be an asset to your company's success.
