I have an experience working in an inbound/ outbound call center (Banker's Life and Casualty Company) as a telemarketer.My job includes setting of appointments for orientation and convincing applicants to sign up for an orientation.I can say that I was successful in this field for i usually receive bonuses from the management.I am one of the top agents with greatest number of bookings and show ups. My account manager was pleased with the results I gave him. For your information, my account was one of the weakest before I handled it and it became competitive and productive after.
