I have worked in the call center industry with various BPOs for almost 10 years. I have started as a call center agent (tier level 1) and worked as such for 3 years. I was promoted as a trainer and performed the responsibility for more than 5 years. I’ve handled mostly IT-related accounts but I’ve also worked for an in-house BPO of a financial institution.
I then worked online at home for almost 5 years, handling various types of accounts (from IT-related projects, to real estate, to law firms) and filling different positions (from virtual assistant, to tech support and customer service rep).
I possess more than 5 years of experience in Web Designing, Graphic Designing, and Computer Repair. I also wrote articles for the church I serve.
I also setup and managed an events-management company and rendered service for more than 5 years.
I'm using a Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit OS with Intel Core i3 CPU and 64Gb RAM, Plantronics USB headset and I have a 3Mb (download speed) internet connection. I also have back-up internet connections and back-up power as contingencies. I own several mobile devices (Android tablets and mobile phone and iPads) to help in simulating programs and web displays.
