It has been in my nature to help out people in the best way I can which is why I chose to be a customer service representative. I believe that each one of us is a customer and have needs
that need to be met. Given the proper tools and knowledge, I will be able to help any customer. I am also creative when it comes to arts and crafts, and photo/video editing. I am proficient in Microsoft Office, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe After Effects. I was able to learn these applications without previous background or experience. I am a fast learner and I am adventurous when it comes to learning new things. I also like it when I share my knowledge with others which is why I had an experience of being a teacher as well. I can handle any task assigned to me with proper training.
