Profile Description

• Do weekly, monthly and yearly sales reports.
• Format and input initial price on Customer request quotation.
• Does Certificate of completion for all finish/completed projects.
• Control in/out of Testing Equipment.
• Direct communicating to local and foreign suppliers
• Issue Foreign Purchase Order
• Arrange export/import delivery of ordered goods.
• Assist all sales representatives in their needs.
• Control Outgoing Quotations, transmittals brochure and Company Profile.
• Assigned to send and follow up quotation to customers.
• Controls on all documents such as (Customer Purchase Orders, Job Orders, Sales Reports, Shipping documents, Principal proposal, Quotation and etc.)
• Perform related duties that may be assigned from time to time.
