Profile Description

In typing skills, I have an average of 42 wpm. I can spend longer hours browsing the internet. As long as there is always an available internet connection I will always have time to for work. My experiences from my current work are very much a challenge. We were the ones who troubleshoot Point of Sales system of the company, from hardware to its software. Sometimes we use remote software in order for us to view and solve the concerns of our clients. We also do onsite visit to clients if their concern is not advisable for remote. Sometimes we guide our clients to manually solve the problem of the software or hardware they are using, provided by the company. I have also an experience in troubleshooting of internet connection concerns because I was once an agent for 2 months. I worked also as a Student Assistant in my school. I was a data encoder, library assistant and internet cafe assistant. Basically, I can do multi-tasking work, as long as I am capable of
doing it.
