I own a small internet cafe'. I've also worked and managed one before for 2 years before starting my own business.
I have learnt basic to advance troubleshooting for computers in hardware, software areas. I also have an NC II in Computer Hardware and Servicing issued by TESDA. With my experience and knowledge, I am most suited in technical problems that plague most computer users nowadays.
I was also an online tutor for English to Japanese students in 2009. I worked for an online company (RAREJOB.PH), so I'm fluent in English language and know how to converse properly with prospects and clients.
With these two experiences I am a fit candidate for online Technical support jobs.
