Profile Description

I've been in a call center industry for almost 7 years now. I started as a customer service representative for various catalogs in the US like, Drapers and Damons, Dr. Leonard's, Carol Wright Gifts, Signal, Wireless, etc. I am presently employed as a tech support representative for AT&T U-Verse. I'm planning to resign soon though that is why I'm looking for home-based jobs that will not require most of my time coz right now I am about to give birth to my 1st baby and I want to personally take care of him so I'd rather stay home most of the time than to have a full-time job outside the house.
I am a fast learner with knowledge for MS word, excel, power point. Can type really fast and knows how to multi-task. I am proficient in English language. I also used to work as an online English teacher for Japanese which was also a home-based job but stopped when I started working again in a call center.
