I've been with IT for 15 years and I work mostly as technical support and network administrator but my skills are not limited to IT. I've worked in a call center for 2 years as customer care and tech support. I'm very good with the internet and research. In computer hardware and software repair and installations and troubleshooting. I'm very familiar with MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Publisher and Visio. My knowledge with software is not limited to Microsoft apps but rather with other windows-based applications as well. I do multitasking jobs most of the time, its a great way to maximize time. I can work with a team but I can do work alone as well. I'm also very interested with tech gadgets mobile phones, tablets, phablets etc. I find interest in fixing them and troubleshooting. I can work in almost all aspect of IT, I know a little of graphics editing and layout, I can do office works like typing, research, email, customer handling, handle phone calls. I'm very flexible when it come to work and I can learn things fast. Once I put my mind into it I do my best to perform my duties effectively and efficiently.
