Profile Description

I am currently working full-time as a Business Analyst for an insurance software provider based in Hartford, CT. I was assigned to plan and lead forms analysis work for various projects. Part of my work is to also design and execute test plans to ensure that our clients' requirements are met. I am a well-rounded insurance professional with experience including collaborative business analysis, customer engagement/consultative skills, and technical domain knowledge relative to implementation of insurance forms. I also have working experience in SDLC and quality assurance. Previously, I worked as an Assistant Manager overseeing call center operations. I am very reliable, flexible, a team-player, committed to accomplishing tasks, has the ability to work under pressure, and maintains a positive attitude.
