Profile Description

I finished Bachelor of Arts Major in Psychology and went to College of Nursing for 2 years. Right after school I was with BPO (Business Processing Outsource also known as Call Center) Industry for more than 7 years which equipped me with skills in Communication, Sales, Customer Service and Technical Support. There were challenges along the way which I was able to surpass with flying colors, one of which is English Communication. Tagalog is my native tongue and Visayan is my regional dialect, but with proper training and exposure it helped me achieved the comfort in speaking and writing the English language. I handled inbound and outbound sales, billing/customer service, email support for financial account and technical support for internet service provider. Hence, I am willing to work hard and undergo training in whatever job requirement so that I can perform better and provide excellent service.
The reason I am now looking for online job is because I wanted to focus on my son's growing years but can still be productive, competitive and earn money at the same time.
