Profile Description

As a Documentation staff i encode the HDMF Loan Documents, i encode the reservation agreement, promissory note in equity and
i facilitate the HDMF Docs Signing , i prepare OPR,
i facilitate request and lacking requirements of the clients and i tagged & monitor the buyers status. I am the one who prepares the power and water application
and lastly i facilitate the acceptance of client.
As a Treasury staff i am the one who is responsible in the safekeeping of all accountable forms; commercial and personal check books, Bank books, i'll see to it that cash and check collection are balance, i also monitor the funds from our depository banks, i also see to it that cash and check collection are balance i prepare the deposit slip for all collection and deposit the same in our  depository bank, i prepare the daily cash report for all  CORPORATION and LEASING ACCOUNT.
