Most of my work experience revolves around the Call Center Industry. I've worked as a Customer Service Representative for Capital One Canada assisting credit card members based in the U.S. with the billing inquiries and other credit card concerns. Sales was also part of my job description, so I offered insurances, balance transfer offers, credit improvement programs, Identity Theft protection programs, and other products/services that would add value to credit card holders. I have excelled as one of the top sales agents during my stay.
I've also worked as a Fraud Analyst for a Financial account. We screen transactions and by screening means we are the one who approves or deny a certain transaction. I also validate documents such as I.D's and certificates submitted by customers to verify their account. With that account we do inbound and outbound calls.
Before entering the BPO industry, I also worked as a Secretary at an office which makes corporate uniforms. I am the one in charge for documentations and sometimes payroll. I also deal with customers and provide them quotes.
My primary motivation in life is my family. I am always driven and passionate about my work. I keep an open mind and strongly believe that challenges are simply golden opportunities that help you enhance your skills and broaden your knowledge.
