I finished BA Communication Arts major in Media Arts at the University of the Philippines Mindanao. Currently, I am taking Secondary Education Units at the University of Southeastern Philippines. I was a Technical Support Expert for 2 years and 6 months before I got promoted to Quality Assurance Specialist. As a Tech Support Expert, we troubleshoot NETGEAR routers, modem, modem-routers, wireless adapters and other special devices. As a Quality Assurance Specialist, I make sure that my Experts provide good quality of Customer Service and Tech Support. Working on this area taught me on how to use Microsoft Excel to gather data and to solve problems. I was able to learn how to use the "Countif" functions and other Excel Functions. Working in this field for more than 4 years, as well as my training at University gave me opportunities to develop and enhance my communication skills and use it to make me more effective in my current job.
