Profile Description

I have been working as an HR Personnel for almost a decade. I have been assigned to handle several tasks in different sections of HR. My first assignment was to handle Recruitment Assistant position in a bank strategically located in rural areas of Luzon Philippines. I stayed for one and a half year and came to get another opportunity. I transferred to an Insurance company handling Training and Payroll for sales assistants for almost one and a half year. I had the chance to transfer to a telecommunications company as a Senior Compensations and Benefits Specialist for five years. When the company closed, I transferred to a BPO company and worked there as an HR Generalist for one and a half year as well. I have made a decision to invest more time to my one year old daughter and accepted an offer to be an HR Officer in a Manufacturing company near our place. As of this writing, it's my 4th year working in the said company. As I would like to continue investing quality time with my family, I intend to get a home-based job. My computer literacy is advanced and I am willing to get a home based job where I can be a channel of blessing both to my employer and family.
