As a Loans Officer, I am responsible in assisting our clients in securing the requirements needed to obtain a loan from our office.I make sure that all requirements and documents are genuine and are complete.I process loan applications once the requirements needed are ready and that the applicant is eligible for a loan.I keep records and documents and arrange them alphabetically.I assist , make telephone calls to our clients as a reminder of their loan status as well.And for our existing clients and borrowers with outstanding loans,either with remaining balance I remind them through phone calls,house visitation and I send out notice letters to remind them of their unpaid balance.I do have experience working in a small food van for Franks N' Burgers.It is a franchise type of business here in my country and I am the Registered dealer.As a dealer I manage almost everything in the food stall.I have training in food handling and kitchen hand which includes preparing the food,placing the finished product in their designated packaging and serving them to my customers and patronizers. I can perform stocks inventory and stocks monitoring.Daily preparation of sales report is a must for me so that I can gauge if I am earning.And lastly keeping my surrounding clean and my products appealing to customers is one of the responsibility that I am always practicing to have a smooth transactions and sales.
