I have worked in the BPO industry for over 6 years and with this experience I have faced all the challenges and difficulties of this job. I had learned to be more patient towards my customers which for me is very important in dealing with them. I also know how to use Windows applications. I have 1 year of experience as a Virtual Assistant for a Real Estate Company. I worked as a General Virtual Assistant in The Bourne Group, a real estate based in North America. I used to work with Santini Logistics as a Virtual Assistant, my role was maintaining the database and sending invoices to the clients. I also worked with Homesmart Realty Partners, and The Valiant Virtual Paralegals, LLC. I worked for Rooty GmbH, a schweiz-based company, my role was to maintain the social media platforms, email management, website maintenance, google sheet data entry, product research, travel arrangement, and supply chain management. My responsibilities were payroll assistant, setting meetings and appointments, and making a purchases. Sending flowers and arranging parties during company events.I also gain a certificate in Marketing Management from the University of Illinois.Over the past years of having these expereriences, I have also learned building a website for some of my clients.
