worked in the BPO industry for years. If there is a skill that I have utilized the most, then it is my communication skills. Over the years, I have been exposed to various personalities over the phone. I have adapted a manner in conducting business with foreign customers that is professional and pleasant. I would like to emphasize pleasant because the skills I learned from working in call centers especially about computers and applications are just basic. I got by because of my
approachable personality, my patience, my enthusiasm and my willingness to be trained. I am proficient in MS Word and Powerpoint. I have done research in the past and I have taught English to Korean students briefly. I am interested in the arts, fashion, history and current events.
