-Provide technical support for Microsoft Office applications, Outlook, and Office 365. --Administer user accounts and permissions in Microsoft Active Directory. 
-Troubleshoot LAN/WAN connectivity issues.
-Assist with virtualized server environments and basic server management. Handle basic storage management tasks.
-Stay updated on relevant technologies and industry standards.
-Provide first-line support: Respond to end-user requests via phone, email, or chat professionally and promptly.
-Troubleshoot technical issues: Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network problems using troubleshooting techniques.
-Escalate complex issues: Identify and escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate IT team or subject matter experts.
-Document iUpgrade to see actual info: Record support iUpgrade to see actual info and resolutions accurately in the ticketing system, categorizing and prioritizing them.


E-Commerce Customer Service:
Handling questions and inquiries through email, chat or phone.
Processing orders, refunds, and updating payment method.
Account billing receipt generation.
Ad-hoc tasks.
