Profile Description

I've been working in the BPO industry for quite sometime now. I've been handling technical support jobs and a little bit of customer service for consumer products with Philips and Sony accounts. Basically, with Philips account, I provide troubleshooting steps over the phone if their products(e.g. DVD player, LCD TV, plasma TV, digital frame etc.) isn't working. My last resort is either transfer them to tier 2 if all the steps provided failed or ask them to send the product back to us for repair if the product is not turning on. With Sony account, I handled ISP concerns, software and hardware issues with their laptops and desktops.
I've also been with Circuit City as a retail support. We basically assist customers over the phone to check the availability of the products and some concerns with regard to billing and tracking of their units.
As a customer service representative, I've been handling, billing, chat support, email support to some accounts that I've handled.
Currently, I am handling Dell Financial Services account, As a Lease Admin Representative, my main role is to assist companies that were assigned to me through email in terms of their lease with Dell Financial Services. I assist them on releasing their orders through DOMS (tool). I prepare their schedule documents and expedite any other concerns.
I know MS Word and Excel. I work with minimum supervision. I am willing to learn new tools and processes. I want a long term and stable job where I can share my ideas and show my eagerness to help you build your business.
