I have been a Real Time Analyst from 2012 up to June 2014. Basic responsibilities was to monitor the queue. We tracked agent hold time and handling time. We are also sending out reports every 30 minutes interval and End-of Day reports. Reports will show the metrics of the account. I had been a Customer Service Representative and a Technical Support Representative before i got promoted as a Real Time analyst. I had a total of 4 years for both CSR and TSR post.
