I was a senior agent in my last company which deals with TV, VoIP and internet. I worked for an internet service provider and I am well versed with technical problems for TV, VoIP, computers and internet. I am trained to troubleshoot any issues with regard to our services. I am a team player but I can also work alone. I don't settle for better. I strive for excellence.
I do not want to have any pending tasks. I want to finish any work as soon as it is given to me. I also have knowledge with MS office which I use for work. I can do both voice and chat technical support work without a problem. However, if I have any problems with work, I make it a point to do my own research to have a solution for my problem and I ask questions when needed.
