Profile Description

I work in the call center industry for 3 years handling customer service issues for an internet service provider in the US.
I also have skills in collections of delinquent credit card accounts as well as a little experience in doing sales.
After working for a call center industry, I transferred to a local company doing property management.
I was hired as an administrative assistant.
As an administrative assistant, I handle inquiries about the property we are handling.
I am assigned in the billings and collections of the company, consolidate and submit the necessary reports in excel file to our Finance manager.
I do research as needed.
I also acted as an executive assistant for the president handling his schedule and setting up meetings.
